Nexstay Asma Tower - Kozhikode

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in the center of town and it was a great choice for my event. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. The basic amenities in the rooms were all there, and there was even ample space for an extra bed if needed. The breakfast served was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from.

No improvements necessary, everything was perfect.

I recently had a great stay at this hotel for a recent event that I had to organise. the location is perfect as it is centrally located in the city, making it convenient to reach. Secondly, the staff were extremely attentive and provided excellent service throughout my stay. Additionally, the rooms were spacious enough to easily accommodate an extra bed, providing ample space for me and my guests. Lastly, the breakfast served was delicious with a good variety of options to choose from, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.

All aspects of my stay were satisfactory.

Amazing food & Great Room service

I recently stayed at a hotel and I must say that the food was amazing. The non-veg dishes they served were just so delicious! Another aspect of the hotel that I really liked was the excellent room service. They were always prompt and friendly whenever I placed an order. The location of the hotel was also great since it was close to many places of interest. All of these things contributed to a memorable stay.

One thing that detracted from my experience was the maintenance of the hotel. For example, I noticed that some of the electrical fittings were not up to professional safety standards.

the complementary drinks and snacks in the room were a great touch, as was the location near some of the city's best markets.

The hotel is showing some signs of its age and could use some updating. the carpets in the hallways were quite worn and the bathroom could have benefitted from more thorough cleaning.

This made it easy for me to explore the city and attend the recent event I had to organize. We loved staying in the centre of the city, where transportation was easily accessible. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The staff was courteous and friendly. The breakfast buffet had a good selection and live counters, and the Mezban restaurant had delicious food.

Nothing we didn't like to be fair.

This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the city, very close to the railway station. Stay here and you'll experience a warm and hospitable staff. the breakfast is splendid, with a morning buffet that is to die for. Rooms are clean, and with the white sauce pasta and spaghetti on the menu, dining in is a pleasure. the hotel is also equipped with car park facilities, making it a great base for exploring the city center.

There may be some maintenance issues that need to be addressed, such as insufficient lighting in the Executive room and a damaged bathroom light switch.
